WORLD MEDITATION PROJECT
Meditation has so many benefits to your personal health and growth. During these events we will be providing meditation music, guided meditations, visuals and suggestions about meditation. You don't need to be an expert to do this. You can find a quiet place to sit or go for a walk. We even encourage meditating in groups. Whatever feels most comfortable to you. Just taking the time to focus on your energy and working on connecting to your higher self.
